Agency Functions:Preview and make decision concerning any and all appeals submitted; conditional uses, variances, special exceptions.
These appeals can be made from decisions or rulings made by the Starke County Planning Commission Board or from their administrator.

If you are denied a building permit, you can appeal at the Board of Zoning Appeals.
